-Join or be a current member of one of the 8 local Builders Exchanges that comprise the Contractors Insurance Safety Council.
-The company experience modification, for the current policy year, must be under 110%.
-The previous 4 year combined loss ratio must be 50% or less.
-More than 50% of total payroll must be in one or more of the qualifying construction classification codes.
-You must meet all State Fund underwriting standards for group insurance.
